Staff was friendly and accommodating. I incidentally arrived early and that was no problem. They got me checked in and I was able to order a meal on arrival which was excellent. Staff speaks both Spanish and English. Room was comfortable and pleasant. The site is peaceful. Wifi worked great. TV worked great. They were able to shuttle me to the airport late in the night.

this place is wonderful. free shuttle, huge garden you can jog around LLamas. well equipped gym, personnel is so kind and breakfast is complete. photos dont make any justice actually. you can be in hotel all day.

We stayed here before and after our Galapagos trip. It is indeed a rose that we recommend to any International travellers looking for a beautiful, stylish, quiet and comfortable suite in a garden setting to relax and rest up — a high end experience at an affordabke price. The host family is exceptionally pleasant and helpful, especially Tamara. They even stored luggage and did our laundry while we were away, at a very modest charge. The breakfast was large and delicious. Coffee making facilities in the suite were great before our 4am trip to the airport. Jacuzzi was hot with nice, strong jets, very restorative after a long day of travel. Easy walk to village to get decent, affordable dinners.

Quaint family run hotel very convenient for the airport. Out in the country but a few shops and restaurants about 15-20 min walk away. My bed was super comfy and warm!!! They also offer 24 hour airport transfers.

Great location, near the airport in a quiet area. Not fancy, but super clean, with nice pool, and dinner at great value. Left too early for breakfast. Great value basic hotel for an early morning flight. Exceeded our expectations for the price.

The host was amazing! Solved every issue immediately. Staff was super friendly. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to. The front desk arranged a driver for the day to take me to places I wouldn't have found on my own. Made reservations for restaurants. I had access to amazing people 24/7. The rooms were large and had a beautiful view.
