The staff members were very friendly and helpful, comfy rooms with wonderful views, and great spa and sauna rituals. The breakfasts are fairly basic but still have everything you might possibly need. I am very thankful to the hotel staff for taking our preferences into consideration. It was a lovely stay

The property owner was very friendly and welcoming. We even had lunch together and she also gave me some very useful suggestions about the city. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and inside the apartment is charming, I was feeling very comfortable (like living at the place of my relatives) and I felt like I am in the forest, with a lot of greenery. In the apartment there was everything I needed. When I come back to Narva, I will definitely try to stay at this property. Thank you!

I'm often in the city for work, and I can definitely say that this is the best hotel in the city! The staff is very polite, and the spa is also excellent! I'll be back often.
