We had an absolutely amazing 7-day stay at Giwan Resort in Al Alamein. Every member of the family enjoyed everything—from the wonderful beach and activities to the delicious food. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the entire experience was top-notch. A special thank you to Sara, the Guest Relations Manager, who made our stay truly unforgettable. She was in touch even before we arrived, and her warm, attentive support continued throughout our visit. Thanks to her, we felt truly welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommend this resort for a fantastic family getaway!

Everything is excellent this place is amazing everybody there was great service and food and all staff members especially Mr. Amr Moustafa he take care of us and very helpful and polite we think we are at paradise ❤️

Amazing service, the staff were extremely helpful, especially the reception and concierge staff. Adham at the concierge desk recommended and booked many of our dinner outings and all were exceptional.

Everything is OK clean breakfast very good. The people there is fantastic.

The Resort is amazing, the rooms are really big and comfortable. The beach and pool is incredible. The food is delicious and has lots of variety. The animation team is so much fun. All the staff were really nice and helpful, thanks to everyone.

The hotel is very nice, the pool and beach are very clean, all the staff are extremely respectful with very high ethics, always smiling, the food was very good. Special thanks to Mr. Shadi who was very polite, ethical, and very cooperative to the point that anything I needed was available in the chalet. I really liked the staff's interest in knowing the guests' feedback on a daily basis, and every customer feels like the most important guest in the hotel, which is excellent.
