Was upgraded yo a bigger room upon check in and staff is very pleasant and accomodating.

The staff were all so friendly and kind! They really appreciate it if you try to speak french. I was impressed with their english! They couldn't accommodate us for our arrival time, which we didn't expect but they upgraded our room. We were so appreciative of this. We stayed in their suite and it felt like a cute, comfy apartment. The only downside is there wasn't a fridge, but it wasn't a big deal for us. I would recommend this place because of the friendly staff! The rooms are very nice as well!

Very clean, spacious and convenient to metro and local shops. Super modern and high tech. Host was so gracious and helpful, provided dinner and breakfast as well as informative.

This flat was the perfect flat for my large family. My kids thoroughly enjoyed all the extra space. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to multiple train stations or bus stops. The boulangerie at the corner had great food and even better service. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Check in was super easy. The host is very organized and sends a detailed pdf explaining everything you need to know about the flat and its surroundings.
