Such an adorable hotel, cosy and comfortable. Extremely friendly helpful staff. Quiet but convenient for all the surrounding activities.

Truly amazing location 5m from ESF meeting point. Our kids walked from the balcony and skied back to balcony. It’s 2minute ski or walk to 4-5 lifts which connect with La Clausaz. The accommodation is brand new (needs a deep clean and finish off from building works. New Hoover in the apartment I Hoover 3 times and still there was building dust) Excellent basement parking with about 15 ev chargers. Brand new well equipped apartment with underfloor heating throughout. Lovely views. Comfy ortho mattresses. Spacious enough. Only criticisms are there is a tiny box freezer and we arrived with two massive boxes of frozen food we had click and collected from Picard in Annecy on the way. The staff kindly let us store in their store room but this was also a tiny box freezer. It was a bit of a pain to have to go and ask them to unlock the store room to take food every day. I suggest they put some freezer lockers in the laundry room. There is space. Other criticism is lack of microwave in the kitchen but we managed. The cleaning kit barely had enough dishwasher tablets so I would have taken a few. And tiny tiny bottle of washing up liquid. Again sounds trivial but there is no shop close by, so if I’d known I would have taken from Annecy carefour on the way. Last criticism is the laundry is €8 per 30 min wash and €8 per dry and the washing machine smelt unfresh and stagnant so I didn’t want to risk it. Given the cost of the apartment €2 would be more appropriate. The pool was lovely (quite cool but ok after a dip in the ice pool), lovely jacuzzi sauna, steam room but only opens from 10am. Nowhere to eat close by but we were happy staying in and had taken all the food. We went to eat in La Clausaz one night but kitchens don’t open until 7pm which was a bit late for our small kids. Excellent heated ski locker 1 per apartment on ground floor. Staff made effort to speak English and were friendly and helpful so I don’t think other people’s negative comments about that are justified.

The host is really nice and polite, just an additional info, if you’re planning to go during winter, don’t forget the chain for the wheels
