The hotel exceeded all the expectations (given that it is 4-star). The territory, beach, pools, and food were really exceptional. We arrived on opening day of the season. Everyone was so attentive and ready to provide the best service possible. We unfortunately came when it was a little cold and raining initially, but the sun came out after two days and enhanced our experience even more. The Tui entertaining group was amazing, we loved Don! Also, Michelle at the lobby desk was awesome! Lefteris in the main restaurant was always greeting us with a smile and taking care of us and other guests; he really took charge of his team. We plan on returning in the future.

THE FACILITIES AND STAFF WERE 5 STAR!!!! THE RESTURANT AND SERVICES WERE VERY GOOD!!! THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND VERY CONVENIENT, AS WELL AS NOT CROWDED AND WELL MAINTAINED. AS WELL, THE HOTEL WAS CLOSE TO OPTIONS IN THE VILLAGE OF KIATARI.
