Ioanna- the care taker, simply amazing. She was very kind, offered us whatever we needed, and super respectful of our privacy.

This place is really beautiful. It felt luxurious and the patio is a huge bonus. You're up high enough that there's plenty of privacy and a great view. The host was very accommodating and provided me with a list of recommended activities each day and restaurants to try. The unit is also cleaned every day which doesn't seem common with apartment rentals anymore so I greatly appreciated it. You also get a private parking spot, so if you're renting a car (which I would recommend) you don't have to worry about finding a spot. It's also a super short walk into the city center - maybe 10-15 minutes depending on how fast you walk.

AMAZING!! We’ve never been SO satisfied with the place we stayed in before. It was better than we expected! The place was super clean. The owner provides pretty much everything you can think of. AND WE EVEN GOT HOMEMADE JAMS, LIQUOR, OLIVES AND SALT FROM KEFALONIA! 🥰 If we ever come back to Kefalonia, we’re staying at this place again!

The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. The staff is extremely professional and kind. They will go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied with your stay there. We have used their SPA facilities and services and they are remarkably. My husband still talks about the Swedish massage he received for his sore shoulder. Breakfast and service was superb. We highly recommend Casaly Hotel & Spa if you are planning on visiting this enchanting town.

Location, cleanliness, modern. Perfect spot a block from the water and in the middle of town next to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff with a great breakfast. AC was strong and room was spacious
