I liked everything. The ambiance, I liked the rooms, I like the service, I liked the value. They are one of the best places we've ever stayed at. I highly recommend. I wished I could've stayed longer, made us sad to leave.

The staff was really nice people! The room was always clean and the location is quite close to many known places if you decided to rent a vehicle.

One of the highlights of our experience was the in-villa spa treatment. We had an incredible massage session by Theresa and Katerina (if i'm not mistaken with the names), who were not only highly skilled but also deeply intuitive and professional. Their calming energy and expert touch elevated our entire stay — it felt like a true wellness retreat. The spa services offered at Ftelia Black are definitely worth indulging in if you’re seeking total relaxation. Everything — from the service to the amenities — was exceptional. We can’t wait to return!

Everything about this place is phenomenal! The room the stay the service and the best part the staff specially Katerina the front desk she’s a wonderful helpful cheerful soul .. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and of course will stay there again :) very happy with my experience

The services! Panos, the general manager, received us as a family, it was great energy! Thomas, the hotel driver was fantastic, provided us a lot of good recommendations. The breakfast was very good, many good options! Amazing time to close out honeymoon! Thanks for everything, Folks!

Pool, the view, clean spacious rooms, great location. Very friendly staff there when needed.

The property is well located, easy to get to Little Venice (Old Port) and south beach clubs. The accommodation matched the description and exceeded my expectations, it was large and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything that was listed. The host was supportive and answered any time. The value for money is great! Recommend for everyone!

Hotel was clean and private and had wonderful facilities. Staff was extremely kind and helpful.

​The villa itself was perfect—safe, clean, and equipped with everything we could need, including a jacuzzi and a grill. However, the real highlight was the excellent owner. We didn't need to ask for a thing; they were constantly proactive and attentive. Their service went beyond all expectations and truly elevated our entire stay.

Food, personel, place. Mood there was excellent, never felt better in any place before. So helpful and kind people.

We loved it! Sofia is lovely and very accommodating! Beautiful and spacious villa with comfy bedrooms, great air conditioning and great showers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate space. Highly recommend renting a car but Sofia can easily set you up with an economical option on arrival.
