We had an amazing stay at the Santo Mangata Boutique Hotel! The hotel was opened just a couple of months ago, so everything is brand new. The kindiness of the stuff is beyond any words! The pool area is beautiful and chilled, with a big enough pool and comfortable sunbeds. The bartender makes great cocktails! The hotel is just 5 minutes walking to the beach.

My dear friends, I have found it. I have climbed the mountain, leaving the sweaty tourists in Oia to fight over their selfies, and I have ascended to the heavens. Santorini Sky. It is not just a resort; it is a celestial balcony where the gods probably come to recover from a heavy night of nectar and ambrosia. The View (The "Ooh-la-la" Factor) You stand there, at the highest tip of this volcanic rock, and you look down. The Aegean Sea is a blue so deep, so intense, it makes a bottle of vintage Syrah look pale! You see the whole island spread out like a Greek meze platter. From your private infinity pool, you feel like a king, no, an emperor! overlooking his empire while the sun dips into the water like a burning peach. Formidable! The Rooms (The Royal Sheds) They call them villas, but they are more like luxury cocoons. Everything is clean, white, and sharp very "design," very chic. But the best part? The silence. Up here, the only thing you hear is the wind whispering sweet nothings in your ear and the occasional "pop" of a cork. The beds are so soft you’ll want to hibernate until the next harvest. The Slurp Factor (Food & Drink) Now, let’s talk about the important stuff. The Sky Lounge. It’s a pantry filled with treasures! Local snacks, fresh juices, and heaven help me the carrot cake. I took a bite, and I tell you, I heard angels singing the Greek national anthem. And the wine? Santorini’s Assyrtiko is like a lightning bolt of minerals hitting your tongue. Crisp, salty, and dangerously drinkable. Sitting in that heated jacuzzi with a glass of local white while the stars come out... that, my friends, is what I call le slap in the face of quality! The Verdict: Is it cheap? Non. But is it life-changing? Oui! If you want to escape the madness, breathe the thin, sweet air of the peaks, and feel your soul expand like a well-fed belly after a three course lunch, you must go. It is topnotch. It is pure magic. It is... SLURP!

The hotel is a small set up made up of a dozen suites. But the staff were just amazing!! They made sure to make us feel at home and special. Janis the owner was so friendly and a charmer. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful place to stay! The beds are comfy and the pool was beautiful. The host is wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We give this 10 out of 10. An oasis. George was great and so helpful, all the staff were superb. The grounds are so beautiful a joy to walk through. The breakfast was wonderful, and we can't wait to come back.

Staff was warm, friendly and accommodating without being pushy. Perfect! Nice breakfast served in lovely space. Bed, linens and robes were divine/luxurious. Great lighting, double sinks and spacious balcony with view of the sea. Easy walk to the beach. We loved this property!!

Super cute hotel near in walking distance to the beach. I missed my cruise ship and arrived in the middle of the night with no luggage. Staff was amazing and helped me with getting me necessities. Breakfast was very good.

I'm always happy when I find accommodations to which I can leave a big 10 rate and this one exceeds it by 1000000000000++++++++! This is the best seaside location we've had in our travels around Europe beaches: new, modern with a hint of traditional, island vibes and the best amenities and hosts. The apartments are located beachfont, there is a beach with private sunbeds included when you step out of your room. Rooms have everything you need, from kitchen to bathroom, beach towels also, daily cleaning and the star of the show, the hot tub which made the middle of the day and evening even chill, for just relaxing there. This is a family business, Spiros the owner is super friendly, gives the best local insights of what to do around the island and is very accomodating with guests (we asked if we can get an early check because we had an early flight and he made it possible asap, once the other guests left, everyone worked to get it ready for us). Breakfast is offered on site and cooked there, fresh and yummy, you have multiple options; there's also a tiny shop where you can buy souvenirs, nice linen beach clothes and groceries also. I was honestly sad I didnt book more nights here from the begining, we slept great, it was quiet and just perfect. Hope you all get free spots to this location in your Santorini trip, as it's worth it 1000000000%. Thanks once again and see you soon! 🤗

Maria met us at the door, was so friendly and answered all of our questions. We had daily cleaning service which we did not expect but was very nice. The house met all our needs, it was a quiet neighborhood, good walking distance to beach and places to eat. The area was more relaxed and less crowded. Maria provided some snacks and breakfast stuff upon our arrival which was so nice. We had everything we needed and more. Maria was also very responsive throughout our stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

Ritsa and her family are excellent hosts, the hotel is very clean, the pool area and hotel grounds are beautiful. There is a good breakfast served, and Ritsa always is available for questions, etc. She even booked the volcano tour for us. I would definitely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was so clean, and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is really good, and you have a really nice selection of foods to choose from each morning. However, I was most impressed by the staff at the hotel. They were so nice and accommodating, and it was obvious that they were there to make sure we had the best experience that they could provide. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a perfect stay on this part of the island!

The stay was like having a home in Santorini. Clean, beautiful and a perfect location. I walked with ease to the black sand beaches. They are immaculate for cleaning the place and it has far more character than a large, impersonal hotel. This is what defines "Luxury" and more of a personal invitation to a home. The hostess helped with hotel shuttle arrangements, dining at some of the most exquisite dining experiences. This place deserves 1000 stars!

Amazing place and amazing people working there. They accommodated us really well, including baby. Breakfast was served every morning at our room. They were constantly exceeded our expectations. Would recommend this place entirely.
