Polite and responsive front desk, spacious and clean rooms, great location, excellent breakfast.

I liked the hotel very much. It was spotless clean, very comfortable room for 2 adults and a kid. The room had toiletries, hairdryer. It had a nice balcony, air-conditioning, nice smart tv. There was parking underneath the hotel, the pool area was clean and nice, the breakfast was also very good. They also provided us with towels for the pool. The spa and pool WC area were also very clean. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel and you can easily walk to the port.

We had such a wonderful time at Portaria and at this hotel! The owner was so nice and made sure we’re happy and comfortable, he also helped us plan our trip in the area. Breakfast was nice and fresh, there is a lovely outside sitting garden. Location is right a the village heart and all the restaurants and shops are just 2 steps away. We would love to stay here again 😊

Hotel looks like a small Greek village ) All was very good! They have parking, the host is very welcoming . We had mistake in a booking (made by us while booking) but they offered room upgrade free of charge . Thanks a lot we enjoyed our stay! Breakfast is magnificent .

What truly stood out was the exceptional kindness of the staff — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The property is impeccably clean, and the view is simply breathtaking. I was delighted to receive an upgrade upon arrival, which made the stay even more memorable. This is my go-to hotel, ideally located close to everything, with a wonderful selection of seafood restaurants just steps away.

New apartment. Very well equiped. Parking infront of the building. Located in the city center and close to the port. We spend one evening there during our trip with car to Skiathos. It was important for us to be close to the port because ferry for Skiathos departure very early. It is great for this purpose but it is more than excellent for staying in Volos more days. Our host, Dimitris, was exceptional—a true, cheerful Greek host who made us feel welcome immediately. The apartment is decorated with such incredible taste that we were genuinely impressed. The location is perfect: Jumbo is just a 7-minute walk away, and the neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants, and a park. It’s also very close to the main road, which is ideal if you plan to explore outside the city. Parking was never an issue as it’s a non-metered zone with plenty of street spots. When we return to Volos, DiVolo will definitely be our first choice!

Very pleasant, well equipped apartment. Great good sized covered balcony Good location for us near synogogue, although the area was affected by Storm daniel. Good on-site parking.
