excellent location, walking distance (which is by the way vey nice walk with the views) to Fira, stunning views (i went to Oia, the views there are so beautiful but not better than the view from the hotel). very friendly and helpful staff, big thanks to the ladies at the reception. i have been to many places and islands, i truly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. i also recommend for visitors to rent ATV or buggy and enjoy going around the island. i just asked the ladies at the front desk for buggy rental and they come and bring it to the hotel, buddy was for 180 € for 24 hours which is good price.

Great property, they upgraded us for free to the suit. The view from the suit was unbelievable and breakfast was amazing. Probably one of best hotels i have ever stayed. Amazing, worth every penny

Everything they were all really nice , they asked ys everyday if were are happy or not, rooms were clean, the view was amazing , it is the best spot to stay at.

It was above the rest of the hustle and bustle of Oia and the other towns and in walking distance. It’s also directly on the the hiking path that goes all along the island. Everything in the hotel was spacious and comfortable and had such a romantic setting. The staff is excellent, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and we truly enjoyed staying there. Also the restaurant „Above“ is almost a private restaurant with a beautiful view! The pool in our room was fantastic- large and so cool as it went into a tunnel to our bathroom. Everything was Superb!!!

The most magical place to stay in Santorini, just a short walk from excellent tavernas and a couple of mini-markets. The place itself is perfectly maintained and organized to the highest standard - everything is spotless, new, and of top quality. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, with a clean, minimalist, and comfortable style. It’s a thousand times more beautiful than in the photos. We had a car and really appreciated the private parking right next to the property. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and welcoming, they spoiled us with cakes, and local treats. We cannot recommend this amazing place enough! Outstanding hosts who truly make you feel like their only goal is to ensure you have a positive, unforgettable experience.

The property was just as pictured and had everything we needed and extra details like robes, slippers, etc. The workers were attentive, nice and so helpful with check in and out. It was only 10-15 from all main locations we wanted to visit and offered peace and quiet for relaxing at the hot tub and room.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. The location was amazing. You can enjoy the sunrise from this apartment. The apartment was set with all the perfection. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

This is the best place you can ever book . It’s so clean ,so organized,so beautiful . They provide a great welcoming stuff from win ouzo and snakes and tea Nescafé. Shampoo and other essentials. So welcome entertainment. They provide cleaning every day . It’s close to a restaurant that are so delicious and super friendly as well as mini supermarkets.

It’s a very nice and comfortable place to stay. The area is quiet and safe. We rent a car and the parking is just 2 minutes walking distance. Not many steps or stairs in the entrance but if you have a baby or lots of luggage, you do need to make some effort to climb a bit steep slope getting to the parking. The beds and the washroom are very clean. The linens are comfy. The host can replace the towels for us everyday. The hot tub is so nice to have, although it’s a bit chilly in the morning, we were able to enjoy it during early afternoon hours.

The house is perfect and a gray host. Would come back
