Not only is this place absolutely beautiful, it’s sits in amongst one of the most majestic places in the world. The staff were so welcoming and informative and just beautiful people. We shared a drink after a beautiful meal and a hug on our departure.

The location was perfect, once we parked our vehicle everything was was accessible. Short walk to #1 entrance, hotel provided shuttle to Luka Kuća restaurant which was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean and nice decorated. The pool is great! We enjoyed also the Aventura Park across the road and the beautiful village Rastoke.

The room was extremely clean and there was a scent of lavender everywhere in the air. The owners were super friendly and helpful. The homemade meals were the highlight of this stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Deluxe Apartments Franjkovic. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, the location was great, and the lovely welcome gifts made us feel right at home. Everything is clearly family-run and cared for with attention to detail. Highly recommended!

This place is a gem. It had everything 4 adults could have wanted. Beautiful, new apartment with private hot tub and sauna, full kitchen, washing facilities, etc. I'd love to have found something like this throughout our trip.

The location was ideal to get to the Park, the house is just enough off the main road for it to be quiet though. The property was superb, loved the space inside and out and was exceptionally clean and well presented. The host was so helpful and lovely, would definitely recommend.

We loved the place. We rented the room with a jacuzzi, and it was just what we wanted. very relaxing night. Unfortunately, we could stay longer to really enjoy the place. I guess we will need to come back

location 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvace Lakes park and 2 minutes from grocery store/gas station. Also, many great dining choices within 5 minute drivd. The house itself is outstanding from layout with 2 bedrooms and TWO full bathrooms upstairs, with large dining/living room/kitchen/ half bath downstairs. The materials and workmanship was just amazing. The AC worked fabulously. Also, the covered patio area in the huge backyard makes a great place for a relaxing drink before dinner. Wished we had another night.

The garden was great and the little terrace. The location is great to visit the park. The owner was nice and helpful.

Loved it. Great location only 7 min from the park. The pool and hot tub and sauna are a nice touch. The restaurant is good and has a nice breakfast buffet. The owner is very kind and helpful and she gave us great park advice that I didn’t find elsewhere- start at entrance 2 to go DOWN the mountain vs starting at entrance 1 and spend the day going up the mountain. Traveling w little kids I was very grateful to have that tip.

Super sparking clean and comfortable. Quiet and convenient location. Perfect for those who travel with a car. They have a lovely dog.

Everything about it. It’s comfortable and feels like home. The owners are so welcoming and generous to give us a well stocked pantry. We enjoyed the sauna and the expansive grounds.

The location of the property was absolutely 10/10. Surrounded by nature and very close to Plitvice Lakes National Park, it offered a peaceful and scenic experience. One of the best parts of the house was the large number of windows throughout the property, giving beautiful 360-degree views of the mountains and making the space feel bright and connected to nature. The views were truly a highlight of the stay. The breakfast offered by the host was very good and a nice addition to the stay. It was fresh, enjoyable, and much appreciated during our visit.
