Good value for money, free use of saunas

Staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was clean, food was local and very good. They have Electric vehicle charger. The spa in the hotel is so nice.

The apartment is perfect for family with small children. At the apartment and the yard there is everything that children need and it's made our stay very comfortable.

We got an upgrade and a green view from our balcony. That was great. The food was good but maybe the cook was in love because lot of the food was a little over salted. Staff was just great. Our party had a celebrity but we didn't tell anyone. He was however recognized by the dinning room staff and told the manager. He received some VIP attention!

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. He met us at the hotel desk and walked us over to the apartment in the other building. Lots of parking space in the underground parking lot. I recommend visiting the Thermal hot springs pools just across the street. Very nice and very very big! Beautiful big bathroom with spacious separate shower and a large hot tub bath.

Large, nice apartment with a separate bedroom and living room, both spacious. Excellent location either to Zalakaros Spa or to the hotel facilities. Nice, large bathroom. Good air conditioning. Comfy french bed in the bedroom. Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Perfect for families with 1-2 children.
