Me and my family loved everything about Nisi villas! Gede and the whole team are kind, helpful and just great! Location is also very comfortable, close to a lot of cute cafes. The design of villas is just a masterpiece. The only bad thing about our stay was that we had to leave that place! Recommend and definitely will be back! xoxo

This villa is unique, it's hillside location is outstanding and the unobstructed views are amazing. The villa is basically new, very comfortable and absolutely clean. It is nicely appointed, the attendants were friendly, helpful and available to assist around the clock. The view is expansive and guests can clearly see the dormant volcanos in the distance, unlimited miles of the ocean can be seen and the lush, green plants and trees are literally everywhere. There is a nice swimming pool on site and there are at least two dozen restaurants within minutes by motor scooter. This villa and surrounding area is truly a paradise and I plan to go back!

Incredible beautiful nature and smiles

I had a wonderful stay in the Garden View accommodation. From the moment I entered the room, it felt incredibly luxurious. It was very clean, well organized, smelled wonderful, and offered plenty of space for a quiet and comfortable rest. The room was equipped with excellent amenities, including a large jacuzzi, which was especially helpful for my recovery after surgery and made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the complimentary Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) sessions included with my stay. This is something I have never seen offered at any other property. I loved the experience, the quality of the treatment, and was pleasantly surprised that it was included; guests receive one session for each night of their stay. While the entire property is amazing and provides the perfect environment to decompress, heal, relax, or simply enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and ocean views, what truly exceeded my expectations was the exceptional staff. The security team was always willing to help me move around the property, even assisting me with my wheelchair when needed. The front desk team was consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive, always prioritizing my comfort and recovery. The staff member managing the WhatsApp communication responded promptly every time and quickly arranged any assistance I needed. And of course, a special mention goes to the manager. She was one of the sweetest, funniest, and most helpful people I met during my stay, always making sure my needs were met and supporting my recovery in every possible way. What makes The Istana special is that beyond the luxury and amenities, the people genuinely care. By the end of my stay, many of the staff felt more like friends than hotel employees, and some even felt like family. Given my current condition and the fact that I am using a wheelchair, I truly could not have had such a comfortable experience without them.

Swimming pool and food;location ;

I had an amazing stay. The staff was super welcoming. We met amazing people staying next to us and shared nice moments while visiting Uluwatu. The resort was super clean and the Balinese spa was great as well.

The property was well kept, cute clean room layout and staff was super friendly and very hospitalble. There isn’t much of a beach but that was fine with me because I don’t really swim but they have an amazing pool which had a great view of the ocean. The hotel was about 7 mins from the strip, you can rent a scooter from them for $10 a day and go into town. Again the staff was so nice and helpful.

These villas are lovely! We stayed 6 nights and it was perfect. The location was great, short 15 min walk to main shops or a grab Close to the beach club and dreamland beach Reception was always available if needed Highly recommend this as your next stay! And we would absolutely book again

This place is a luxurious modern condo with a stunning design. The aircon was impecable. The garden pool room was beyond expectation. The best sleep on the island. A short walk to the cafes and Bambu sports club. By walk i mean a rare chance to walk on the island. Don't miss it! And a washing machine in the room is a huge bonus
