Everything about our stay at Rama Garden was 100% perfect. The staff are never without a smile and a friendly morning, afternoon, evening greeting. The staff are continuously working hard to keep the place in top condition and anything you need is no trouble. It is incredibly clean and inviting and has Bali traditional mixed with modern appeal. The location is 10/10, a very short, easy walk to the beach and all you need on your doorstep. The spa is super well priced and very relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed our massages. The food and Pina Coladas by the pool were awesome. The price of the room for the quality you receive is above 10/10. Thank you so much for making our stay so special.

It was a great stay! There are nice amenities. There’s a jacuzzi and a pool. My friend and I particularly enjoyed playing the billiards while the DJ was playing music. The rooms are clean, and they would give a bottle of water every night, and clean the room. Lastly, the staff was super friendly. You’ll pass by, and they would smile and greet you. 10/10 for customer service. I felt safe staying here.

Bali Mandira was a real 'wow' destination for us, a gorgeous resort which exceeded all our expectations from a facilities perspective. We hired the Club Suite and as part of our package, were treated to complimentary cocktails & snacks each afternoon between 4 and 5pm, which was a real treat. The pool and pool bar were fabulous, the kids loved the slide, the area did fill out quite quickly and there weren't any cabanas available by mid-morning, with many people placing their towel on a cabana and then heading into the pool for the day. But what a beautiful pool! And the Azul bar for breakfast, so many wonderful memories. The staff were outrageously friendly, we absolutely loved our time there each morning for our complimentary breakfast. Our attendant Ari was magnificent - friendly and efficient and they did a lovely job cleaning the room each morning and then doing the turn-down service at night. For my 50th birthday he and his team set up our bed with frangipani flowers, a "towel" cake and a vase of flowers. I also received a fresh cake, what an absolute treat. Ari just wanted to make us happy and he always greeted us with a big smile and friendly welcoming 'hello'. I would definitely stay again at Bali Mandira if I could. The location right near the beach was great and meant my son and I could go for daily morning walks, it was also located in a nice friendly part of Legian.

Room was a decent size and clean. Good air conditioning with fast wifi. Good location with close proximity to shopping and beach at either Kuta or Seminyak. Roof top Jacuzzi is a nice quiet area to chill and relax have drinks as opposed to the pool area which was quite busy on the daily. Nice large restaurant that allows for spacious dining. Suitable for families or groups. Staff are super accomodating and attentive.

We could not fault our recent stay. It is a beautiful sanctuary, beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The pool is the perfect temperature and just so beautiful. The room is beautiful and icy cold, the bathroom was lovely and clean and so well appointed. There is an in-room safe and plenty of bench/hanging space. There is plenty of great places to eat and shop around the villa (only a short walk) and less hustle and bustle than the central area. We loved our stay here so much and will definitely be back.
