We spent 4 days and 3 nights in this beautiful hotel in Lombok, and everything was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal: a stunning white sand beach, beautiful coral reefs visible directly from the shore while snorkeling, and an incredible variety of fish. It is a true haven of peace and serenity. The restaurant is exceptional — the chef truly deserves Michelin-level recognition. The food is fresh, high quality, and beautifully presented. Dining with your feet in the sand and facing the sea makes the experience even more special. The service staff are outstanding. Ari, Komang and Alma were exceptional, and the rest of the team was equally amazing. They are incredibly attentive and observant, always making sure you have the most wonderful experience possible. The hotel is spotless, and the air-conditioned rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. Many rooms even include private jacuzzis. Bath towels are changed daily — sometimes several times a day — so you always have fresh towels available. The spa is another highlight. The massages are of excellent quality, and Linda and Siti have magical hands. You leave the massage feeling completely relaxed and almost weightless. Khaerul at the reception takes great care of every guest, ensuring that nothing is missing and helping organize excursions and transfers. He is always available via WhatsApp, which is very convenient. If you book the “One Day in Paradise” package, you truly feel like you have spent a day in paradise. Everything here is exceptional: the facilities, the swimming pool, the beach, the sunbeds — absolutely everything is top quality. A special thank you to Dewa, a highly professional manager who welcomed us with incredible kindness. Absolutely everything. Staff were amazing. Facilities were amazing. Our room was amazing. It was a perfect honeymoon. We had a villa with private swim up pool and it was perfect.

Highly recommended. The hotel is really nice and clean. The bathrooms are indoor, so there were no bugs at all! The staff was extremely hospitable. Special thanks to Andi (one of the waiters); he gave us good recommendations for dinner. Will surely stay there again when coming to Gili T

The attention to detail and energy in this place is so different from anywhere else I have been in Bali. Everyone was so welcoming and it felt like a home away from home , will be coming back for sure!!!!

What a hidden oasis within Gili Air! Never ran into other guests and it really felt like a private hotel on such a beautiful island. To top it off, our receptionist Dahlia went above and beyond to book massages in our villa and also anything else we needed. Will definitely be back!
