Everything about this hotel spoke "quality". Reception welcome, friendly staff, attention to detail in the room, luxurious touches such as body lotion, conditioner, biscuits, robes and slippers... modern light and curtain and heating and door indications controls. Food was excellent. Gym and spa small but comfortable and great for city centre location.

Very clean and well-apportioned. Host is friendly and responsive. Quiet location. The bed is very comfortable with a new mattress. Use of the kitchen was convenient for breakfast and morning coffee/tea. Nearby Tesco and Lidl is very convenient.

Loved the mountainside...peaceful, soothing, inspiring. Woke up to birds chirping. Lovely. While we sipped coffee on the porch, we watched the sheep, goats, donkeys, Llama, horse, meander around the meadow. Calming. Idyllic. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed visiting with them. Two wonderful dogs and a cat were always ready for a petting or a game of chase the ball or fetch the stick. It was a great place to relax and re-charge and let the rest of the world go by.

The hosts are absolutely lovely. They respond really quickly and waited until we arrived just to show us arround, which was very nice. They also turned on the heater for us so everything warmed up nicely by the time we got there. Also the view from the bed was absolutely beautiful. The farm has lota of animals running around which we also liked a lot.
