Clean , comfortable and good location

a fantastic hotel, primarily because of the people who work there and run it. It is not perfect, but the employees will do everything to meet all your needs.

We felt very welcomed and well taken care of here! The staff gave us a room upgrade and also recommended a great place to eat dinner.

The hotel is newly renovated with the local character not being lost. Breakfast quality is excellent. The sauna was a godsent after the day of hiking (closes at 7 pm). It's in a small town and this is exactly the experience we were looking for. Loved it.

The design, the little touches , the atmosphere , the location

The location was great. Amazing town Canazei is small, so it took only few minutes to walk from hotel to the center.. Free safe parking

We had such a great stay at Villa Kofler. The staff made it what it was. They were so kind and helpful. The food was all home made and fresh. There was so much thought and detail that went into everything. We will be coming back again soon!

The location for skiers is exceptional both for downhill and nordic skiing. Service was exceptional and everyone was extremly helpful.

Wonderful location an easy stroll to the cable car, with a charming and helpful staff. Every single staff member made me feel like a special guest - front desk, dining room, bar, spa, housekeeping, everyone! Excellent breakfast and aperitivo, spotless and comfortable room with balcony, easy parking.

I liked the hotel in general. The staff are very nice and responsible. The hotel has a lift, which is very convenient when checking in and out. The room, although a little tired and not looking modern (such is the design), is very comfortable and cosy. Everything works in the room; it is spacious, light, and warm. There is enough space to dry things after a day of skiing. There is a bath; the plumbing is a little outdated but in excellent condition, and everything works. Hot water and pressure are without problems. The spa area is comfortable and functional, with several saunas at different temperatures, and a pool, although not big, is clean, modern, and comfortable, ensuring complete relaxation. Dinner is excellent, although at first we were surprised by the concept, where waiters put whatever you want on your plate. However, there were no problems with this. Dinner is at the level of a restaurant: very tasty, beautiful, and satisfying. It is very close from the hotel to the ski lift. For breakfast, there is good coffee (espresso) and a large selection of sweets.

The location was great, the rooms were very clean, the beds were confortable, the breakfast was rich and tasty, the staff was friendly.

The location and ammenities available on the propery were great. The outdoor and indoor pool/wellness center were great additions especially for families with kids. The staff is extremely helpful and kind!!
