Great views amazing infinity pool

The staff were amazing we got great tips about everything we needed. The spa and gym was great. The room was really nice clean and new. They thougt abut the small details with robes and spa kit in the room. Location js great and they also arranged us bus tickets for the town.

This hotel was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights in December and it totally exceeded expectations. The restaurant was top notch, we had all our meals here during our 3 night stay and it was all delicious. Large breakfast buffet, excellent lunch buffet, multi-course dinner, just the best! All the staff were helpful and genuine. What really made this hotel outstanding were the pool and spa facilities. It was all very modern and stylish, even in December the rooftop pool is open and heated which was my favorite place to spend the afternoons. Multiple saunas and other spa facilities, it was all clean and never felt crowded. Kastelruth is such a perfect little village, this was my third time staying there but my first time at this hotel. I would love to return and stay for longer next time.

The hospitality was top notch! The hotel was beautiful and the pool, relaxation areas, and saunas were wonderful. It is conveniently located right in town and is easily walking distance. The food was wonderful, as well.

Very clean, nice staff who were very helpful during our stay, all the amenities were great. Hotel is located close to everything you need to see, I can’t recommend this place enough, my husband and I loved our stay here during our honeymoon

Staff, and breakfast were nice, the room is cozy and have enough amenities. The staff were onsite almost 24 hour, the stay is great.

Somehow the hotel looked larger from the inside than from the outside. Our room was really spacious and with two terraces. It was a wonderful place to have a rest after a long day. The surrounding area doesn't have many restaurants, but thankfully the hotel's restaurant was really good. The breakfast was really good as well.

The breakfast was good and the staff was kind and helpful. The jacuzzi and the sauna give it a plus. The rooms were very clean and well spacious.

The hotel has amazing view. It is up on the mountain. We stayed in the Family room which is spacious, clean and cozy. Christian and other staffs are very friendly and take good care of us.

Everything was perfect – the view, the peaceful atmosphere, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, the location, the services, and the overall comfort inside the apartment. It truly exceeded our expectations. There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like!

The include breakfast and dinner were excellent! We enjoyed 6 different dinners during our stay. The dining room was lovely and the staff attentive and friendly. The location was excellent, the village of Castelrotto is charming with really good hiking opportunities just a cable car ride away!

Amazing staff make you feel like family

This hotel is just a little way outside of the center of town. It’s very walkable to town and the bus stop. It is also right next to the Marizen Alp chairlift. The area is beautiful and very quiet at night. The breakfast buffet in the mornings were superb with a great selection of European style breakfasts.

Where do I begin? Ingrid was attentive and warm. The view from our room was amazing. Housekeeping cleaned our room promptly while we had breakfast. As for breakfast it was great. The pool and spa were as immaculate. The hotel has 5 star amenities and service for 3 star price. It’s 10 min to Alpe di Suisi shuttle and 40 min downhill hike to Castelrotto. In fact a great loop trip if your up to it is to hike down to Castelrotto, bus to Ortisei, cable car up to Alpe di Suisi, hike to Compatsch and bus to entrance and 10 min walk back to hotel.
