Our host, Donatella, was exceptional from the very first moment. She welcomed us with such warmth and a genuine smile, making us feel immediately at home. Her attention to detail and care for her guests really stand out. Even though we are vegan, she went above and beyond to accommodate us. Every morning we were treated to freshly made, delicious vegan cakes, excellent coffee, and a beautiful variety of food prepared especially for us. It was thoughtful, generous, and absolutely delicious. Our room was spotless, extremely clean, very well equipped, and smelled lovely. Everything was perfectly prepared and maintained with care. The property itself is located in stunning scenery in Padola, surrounded by beautiful nature, which made our stay even more special. We had a beautiful view from our hotel window. The Hotel sits beautifully above the town but we were able to find free parking in town, so driving into town was 3-5 minutes. There is easy parking at the hotel, good breakfast and if you want to walk into town, you can via the ski slope to a great restaurant at the bottom of the hill.
