Beautiful, park-like setting. Excellent staff.

Everything there from the moment you walk in through the door until the time you leave is first class, top shelf. I had half board and the dinner is excellent with endless choices. The waitstaff are wonderful, especially Giuseppe! He made me feel at home. I am an older, woman traveling alone and he was very attentive to make sure I had what I needed. The “Robe Tunnel “ is fabulous. Great towels, great robes. I could go on and on.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. From the arrival until the end, everything was perfect, every wish fulfilled. The staff was very nice, we even got a softer materess or a breakfast to go when we asked for it! Morning yoga and evening meditations are included! The outside pool was just stunning, the whole area so relaxing. From the spa, we liked the infrarot sauna the best. In the mornings, we were presented a huge breakfast buffet and very tasty coffee. I would love to come back!

Great location, great facilities, clean and kitchen is well equiped. Safe, parking area also provided. You can walk to the center of meran in 5 minutes. Associated cafe and restaurant has great food. You can go cycling trips from here or start a hiking round to scenna or Tyrol. The renovation of the old building is done with a lot of love and attention.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast. I am sorry we did not get a chance to enjoy the pool and sauna. We will definitely be back.

This hotel exceeded my expectations .. The staff are very helpful, polite and courteous, and the manager even gave us a room upgrade without asking for it .. The hotel is perfect for relaxation, tranquility and comfort. My advice is that you need more days to spend in this place. They have many treatments and doctors, and also a luxurious spa, healthy food, yoga classes and there is a lot that will make you spend most of your time inside the hotel only. I will definitely visit you again .. The receptionist was very nice to me and brought me apples and water for the road. I would like to tell you that you are very nice and that you made my day with that. I don’t know your name but you will definitely know yourself. You deserve the best and so do all the staff
