Loved everything about this hotel. It is modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was great!! It is 5 min from Mestre Station ( taxi). The room has a mini fridge and they left bottled water for us everyday.

Wonderful staff, wonderful breakfast, friendly waitresses, everything is incredibly clean! Lovely porch in front of the bungalow. The connection to the city is excellent.

Good communication from the hosts. The check-in instructions were clear. I booked the place as my last stop before flying out following hiking through the Dolomites. Because of that, I booked this place FOR the in room hot tub but truly, this whole place exceeded my expectations. I didn't realize it's an entire apartment with a clothes washer/dryer and a full kitchen.I only wish I'd arrived in time to get to the COOP grocery a few minutes away so I could cook dinner. The apartment is only a two minute walk to the 4L bus to get down to the waterfront too.

Beautiful flat in a great location to explore Mestre and Venice. Just 2 minutes from a tram that brings you right into Venice.

Amazing property! The location was perfect, surrounded by excellent restaurants, just a 1-minute walk from the train station and only 10 minutes from downtown. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning, spacious rooms, and a large bathroom. We also appreciated the thoughtful details, such as the dresser, plenty of electrical outlets, and the very comfortable beds. Above all, the owner was incredibly kind and provided outstanding hospitality. He was always available to answer our questions, offer helpful recommendations, and make sure we had a wonderful stay. We truly felt welcomed and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Venice.

Great place, we couldn't ask for a better place. Anyone looking for a place to stay near Venice this is a great place. There is a train two minutes walk from the house to Venice. The place is renovated and very clean, there are three spacious rooms with double beds. There is everything you need to cook, do laundry and there is a cute backyard. There is free parking not far from the house. A million cafes and bakeries and a supermarket not far away. The owner is very communicative and helpful. Don't hesitate!

Everything! The store is very well equiped and the lady Gabriela that helps there is very kind. The staff in the lobby also solve everything i nedded and were educated, thanks for that. You have laundry machines, playgrounds for your kids...quite cozy this stay.
