Excellent value for money, great location- Pompei was in walking distance, easy to get to from Naples. Breakfast was lovely- choice of croissants, yoghurts, fruit etc. Lovely staff, clean - highly recommended

It was very clean and everybody was very nice all the staff were very accommodating.

Loved the location of the property. The lady who greeted us was so friendly and informative and just an all round nice person! Made our anniversary extra special with the extra touches added!!!

Very good hotel, nice sea view, very clean rooms! Free indoor parking! But the staff was outstanding - meet us outside the hotel, parked our car, got the luggage inside and served a welcome drink despite it was 11pm!!! Great experience!!! Thank you!!!

Really convenient and beautiful location with a view of Mt Vesuvius! Due to the location the hotel is also very privately located away from the public. You can also pick between using the hotel pool or private beach. The staff is also incredibly helpful when you need assistance or have any questions.

Views, absolutely amazing breakfast

This is in a perfect location, a 5 min walk from the ruins. It does not have a touristy feel, and you can walk to the pompeii plaza for dinner at night. The room is nice, especially for the price and the host goes out of her way to take care of you.

A very nice place to stay. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was delightful and eager to help. Lucia and Maria went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The host is exceptionally friendly and made our stay very enjoyable, even though we didn't have luck with the weather. His homemade croissants in the morning made the house smell like a home. The location is more than fantastic as you are just in front of the ruins. There is a lot to do in the area. I highly recommend the host and place!

The roof top view it is spectacular and you can enjoy relaxing moment. The apartment was very clean and large, with every thing what you need for few days. The parkplace is near the apartment.

Rooms were all together and we had a private commen area to spend time in as a famiy. Within walking distance to many restaurants.

Hotel Palma is in a perfect location, just a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the Pompeii ruins and surrounded by plenty of nearby restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection, making for a great start to the day. The rooms are nice, although a bit old, which is expected given the building’s historic nature, but they are more than adequate for a short stay. The standout feature of this hotel is the amazing staff, who are extremely helpful with anything you need. Parking was also easy, thanks to the staff's assistance in finding a spot right next to the entrance. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its excellent location, good amenities, and outstanding service.

Great place for staying in Pompeii and visiting Capmagnia . Pasquale was very helpful host eith great advices of places too see. Accomodations is great, plenty of space, clean, comfortable.

The property is brand new, I liked the high ceilings and space, it was very spacious.

The small apartment was great! The host was also great and showed us around the apartment. She explained how to use the lights, locks, and tub. The bed was comfortable (best out of 14 days of travel). We normally use lightweight blow-up mattresses to put on beds to soften them up as we travel. This bed did not need them. The whole place was up to date in materials and furnishings. The location is perfect. It is a 5 minute walk to the main street and another 5 minutes to Pompeii Archeological Park gate. We arrived in a rental car in which we were able to park it in the host's personal lock garage. The place itself is also gated and secured. This was our favorite place to stay by far out of our whole trip. It's worth staying multiple nights.

Everything was great and exceeded expectations, the pool was clean and a good size, you could actually swim in it. Breakfast was very good.

I loved the spabath.I will really miss that .First time I'm Italy ,and I was lucky to book a spa wonderful.It was like paradis. Bed was very good.Staff was nice and helpful.There naboers was nice and helpful to.They gave me water and a cop of coffee .Helped me with taxi booking to .
