We loved the quiet open spaces. The staff was welcoming even with a language barrier.

The Pennadio Rooms were a fantastic experience from start to finish. The view has to be the first thing to rave about - incredibly breathtaking. The Pennadio has day use passes for the 3 pools, 4 jacuzzis and beach until 6pm, but guests staying in the rooms are treated as VIP and have unlimited 24h use of the facilities, as well as a tasty breakfast. Rosella, our hostess is phenomenally kind and hospitable. She sent a video ahead of time to explain how to check in but still arranged for Marta to greet us even though we arrived close to midnight due to travel delays. Rosella arranged lunch for us, to be brought to our umbrella, helped to make our dinner reservations at La Bifora, which was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had, and booked the taxi for our ride to the train station. Rosella is truly a wonderful person and welcomed us almost as part of her family. Some of the locals were surprised that we as Canadians had come to Bacoli. It does not have as many international tourists as Capri or even Ischia, but it is equally as beautiful, with stunning views of Vesuvius, Sorrento, and Capri.

The room was huge, decor and all was beautiful. Did not expect the huge shower and jacuzzi/bath tub but such a great bonus.

Absolutely Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an incredible experience during my stay in Naples, Italy! Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean – honestly, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. The location is absolutely perfect: less than a minute’s walk from the port where you can catch ferries to Ischia and Procida islands, and just 20 minutes from the heart of Naples city center. You’re literally close to everything – supermarkets, a pharmacy, cozy coffee shops, and more. The view from the apartment was stunning, which made mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The host was exceptionally supportive and responsive – replies came within minutes, and he helped us plan our entire stay. He was always available and truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I couldn’t recommend this place more – if you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and friendly spot with great views and even better service, this is the one! Note: This wasn’t my first time visiting Italy – I’ve been to Milan, Rome, and Lake Como before, but this trip was by far the best experience I’ve had in Italy. I’ll definitely come back and stay in the same place again!

Helpful with directions and online check in. Polite & professional. The room was super clean and fresh. Comfortable bed and a good sleep. You get a ticket for breakfast at a nearby cafe - very good also.

The location was good and it was still quiet. Everything worked in the place. It was a fairly easy walk to the local train station and restaurants and other small stores in Lucrino. In addition Lago de Averno is also an easy walk and you can take a nice walk around the lake through mainly a park like setting with restaurants, a winery, a place that raises bees, and even old Roman ruin. The breakfast was fine, it is prepackaged food though, Lucrino has a nice coffee shop and the owner speaks English. They had tea and coffee available with a machine. I do not drink coffee and when I mentioned I liked the Cafe de Ginseng, Manu brought me pods for that (I didn't even realize they had pods for Ginseng)! After I asked they also provided juice boxes too. It is run by multiple related families that live in the compound and above the rooms, so there seems to always be someone around, which is good for security. There is a designated parking spot in the compound. I am not sure anyone speaks English, except Manu who was very nice and pleasant when we met on the weekend. She does work during the week so be prepared to use a translator app if you have questions on arrival and do not speak Italian. The check-in instructions were very good though. They did answer questions through Booking.com quickly and they could have explained better what they wanted us to send to check-in when they contacted me on What's App (for non-EU it is your passport page). Ask about the walk in gate at the top of the street in front of the compound, it looks locked but isn't and could save walking depending where you are going (or driving if you are meeting someone). Even with a few minor things mentioned next I would definitely stay again if in the area!

Everything is beautiful, inside and outside, the peoperty, rooms, food, surroundings, with horses and vineyard wow…the staff went above and beyond! We are so grateful! So glad we booked here!

The hosts were very responsive to all of our request. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. My wife and I throughly enjoyed the Neapolitan meal the host prepared for us out on the terrace along with the spectacular view!! We will be making our way back here soon.

The house was very comfortable. It was easy to find and the host was very accommodating.
