Everything - the most sensational hotel experience from start to finish. My husband and I don’t regularly do 5 star hotels but as it was a honeymoon we stayed one night as a treat. We arrived and bags were taken up to the room for us and we were given a welcome drink and delicious snack whilst being given a talk about the facilities and things to do. Our room was compact but immaculate. Unfortunately I feel unwell during the stay so wasn’t able to go down for dinner in the beautiful restaurant but not to worry as the amazing Granbaita staff brought up a menu to the room and gave us meals from the restaurant in the room, which arrived on a trolly that converted into a table! They were incredibly tasty and presented like a Michelin star restaurant! The spa area and pool - the greatest we’ve ever experienced. Spacious and so well laid out. My husband went into the sauna area and said it was the best steam room he’d ever seen. The breakfast offerings were amazing too, with a great selection and the chef can cook you things like eggs Benedict if you want, with no additional cost! Overall, the Granbaita was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. It was super quiet (we went during ski off season) and the location amongst the mountains was stunning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super friendly staff and a great location – straight from the ski room onto the piste and back. Nice sauna, wonderful breakfast, and really comfortable rooms. It’s a bit uphill and about a 9-minute walk to the center, but honestly, the views from the rooms are worth it. I’d say some of the best in town.

The apartment has its own access via elevator, and staircase. It is spacious and well equipped. The host was gracious and very attentive. We enjoyed our time in Val Gardena staying here. Highly recommended. Despar supermarket is few minutes away, and you get a bus card for your stay that covers your transportation around the areas nearby.

Everything is perfect until the small details real pleasure to stay and be there , warming welcome and one of the greatest apartment we were staying at during our trip. Surely we will come again if we visit dolomites

Great place - very well designed, decorated and furnished The room we had was specious and comfortable with a great view of the mountains. I can clearly say that the hotel was perfectly managed by the staff - everything was organized very well with attention to the smallest detail. We spent 6 nights there and it was magnificent - great breakfast, great dinner, great view from the room. There was a shuttle service to drive you each morning to the slopes and then on request - drive you back. Ski store room was spacious with enough racks for your equipment. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

Clean, newly renovated rooms, up to date appliances, dinner was fantastic, bus pass included. So many perks. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and supermarket.

Our hosts Daniel, Patty and the rest of the crew made us feel at home the minute we arrived. The breakfast spread was amazing having everything you need to toast, poach, and continental your way to your designated table where coffee and custom items can be ordered from the friendly staff. The location is ideal and offered gorgeous mountain views from our balcony. A convenient shuttle dropped us at the ski lifts in the morning and we skied back to the hotel at the end of the day. After relaxing in the steam room and sauna we were treated to a delicious prix fix dinner featuring local cuisine each night. We loved our stay and hope to return again!

Excellent stay! The location is beautiful and surrounded by amazing mountain views. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The wellness area was also very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
