Like something out of a story book!!! The rooms were just lovely, the location amazing, the staff so friendly & accommodating, the facilities fantastic, & the food…wow!!! Some of the most wonderful dishes served. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful property with exceptional staff, service and food. Large, comfortable, well-appointed room with incredible views of the clocktower and surrounding mountains. Nice complementary wellness center with a hot tub, multiple saunas and relaxation rooms. New towel animal every night!

Super friendly staff and a great location – straight from the ski room onto the piste and back. Nice sauna, wonderful breakfast, and really comfortable rooms. It’s a bit uphill and about a 9-minute walk to the center, but honestly, the views from the rooms are worth it. I’d say some of the best in town.

The apartment has its own access via elevator, and staircase. It is spacious and well equipped. The host was gracious and very attentive. We enjoyed our time in Val Gardena staying here. Highly recommended. Despar supermarket is few minutes away, and you get a bus card for your stay that covers your transportation around the areas nearby.

We had the most incredible stay here. The attention to detail was amazing. The facilities were beautiful and very clean, the spa was fabulous to use after a day of hiking. The breakfast was incredible and extensive, it catered to all tastes and requirements. I would like to say all the staff were fantastic and very hospitable. An incredible play to stay. Absolutely gorgeous pine wood rooms, so stylish and comfortable, great view, delicious scent. The spa area is superb, great sauna and modern jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was delicious, with special foods from the local area, like wild blackberries, smoked salami, hard sheep's cheese. And Sabine had fantastic hiking recommendations to suit the both of us. What an experience!

The owner, the wife and the daughter really cared about the guests of the hotel. They looked so happy and were so helpful. They recommended a great restaurant in town, a hiking trail and places we could go. They always had a lot of time to talk about where we were going to go. They gave us a bottle of red wine for our anniversary, which was a great gesture. The hotel is beautifully renovated. The breakfast room has an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast itself was excellent. Our room has a balcony and a very beautiful view. We woke up everyday feeling so blessed to be able to stay at this amazing hotel run by wonderful people who wanted to make the guests feel so special about their Dolomites trip. The stay was really the highlight of our trip, thanks to those wonderful people.

Location and not crowded as we were there during off season and before summer crowds came.
