Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Especially the gentleman at breakfast. It was nice to see him every day. I have only good things to say about this wonderful hotel. Bravo.

The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood where parking is much easier than in the city center. It’s very easy to reach the center, the bus stop is just a short walk away and it only takes a few stops to get there. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. The hosts are amazing, always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Truly a place worth recommending.

The owner allowed us to check in early after the cleaning staff completed his work. The location is great!

You can call it a luxury apartment. everything clean and comfortable. With private garage and very safe to park. We have not met the host in person, but he is very communicative on whatsapp and the instructions for the keys and parking are very clear. Perfect location in the heart of Trieste

Our apartment was in a prime location in Trieste. only 15 minutes from the train station and just next to the Piazza Unità d'Italia. There was a huge choice of Restaurants and bars, with 2 just outside our building. Loved the atmosphere and loved the people. Our hosts, Diana and Giovanni were absolutely delightful. They visited us shortly after we arrived, offering any assistance that we needed. Diana booked a hair appointment for me, where I had the most awesome experience. there were many celebrations and performances while we were there, with the Papa Francesca (Pope Frances) visiting on the Sunday. Felt very blessed. During a stay we wished to visit Cittanova d'Istria (Novigrad - Croatia) for personal reasons. Diana enthusiastically offered to take us. We had a lovely day with Diana and her gorgeous daughter Sofie visiting Cittanova d' Istria. Trieste is such a lovely place to visit. Highly, highly highly recommend the San Nicolo Suites. Amazing building in an amazing location. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The rooms are great and the parfumes in the lobby are a very nice touch:)

The apartment was modern and very well appointed. We loved the sun filled enclosed room. Many details like having coffee and plenty of towels made it nice. There was a lot of space to relax and it was centrally located. The owner was east to reach and helped with restaurant recommendations. The private parking garage a short walk away was an added bonus and we could fit our mid size SUV in very easily. The elevator was also nice as was the very clean entrance way
