The location is amazing - it has very good facilities, very clean, very comfortable, very big. Everything is on the spot and feels like a very nice experience. We came late and they still served us with dinner, Emi is a very professional manager and she managed to help us with everything. We had an accident on the way and once we arrived they provided a paramedic for us. Best hotel experience.

This was my second stay in Residence Iris. I love how quiet and well-connected it is to all the cross-country ski slopes. The shuttle to the nearby ski resort was a big bonus.

All of it apartment is specious pool and sauna are great.

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of the Dolomites! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I stayed at Alpinhotel Keil from July 18th to 23rd, and everything was truly outstanding – from the accommodation and facilities to the friendly staff, delicious food, and the hotel’s perfect location. Our room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and incredibly comfortable – a lovely mix of alpine charm and modern touches. We felt at home the moment we arrived. The facilities were excellent – the wellness area was relaxing, and the hotel offers everything you need for exploring the mountains, from bikes to hiking tips. The staff were amazing: always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their recommendations for local hikes and sights were spot-on. Every meal was a delight! The breakfast buffet was generous and full of fresh, local products, and the dinners were creative and full of flavor – a real highlight of our stay. And the location? Simply perfect – right in the heart of the Dolomites, with stunning views and easy access to trails and natural beauty. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable mountain escape.

The staff were accommodating and had many recommendations for us. the location was awesome and it was a perfect setting for our family. There were many things for our girls to do (playground, looking at the animals, joining us in the spa) which made it so enjoyable for all of us!
