I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mizuno. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning — and even on days when Mount Fuji isn’t visible, it’s still such a beautiful place to relax. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent and offer amazing value compared to most hotels in Japan. Especially if you prefer Western-style dishes, this hotel really stands out — the quality and presentation are far better than what I experienced in other hotels in the country if we talk about the same price category. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kawaguchiko. 🌿

Amazing experience and breathtaking views of Fuji. The room was pretty comfortable and the hotel was fantastic. When visiting Fuji I will stay in La Vista for sure.

Our stay at the Fuji Premium Hotel was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment my new husband and I arrived for our honeymoon, we were treated with such warmth and thoughtfulness. Waiting in our room was a handwritten note, a beautiful bouquet of roses, and a bottle of wine—such a romantic and generous touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. And of course, the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji right outside our window made everything feel absolutely magical. Although the hotel sits a little outside of center town, their shuttle service makes getting around incredibly easy and convenient. We also loved that they offer bicycles free of charge—we used them everywhere and they ended up being one of our favorite parts of the trip. Even taking the bus from the hotel was simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight: a large, beautifully prepared meal with so many delicious items, all served to you with care. And the onsen was the perfect place to unwind—so peaceful, with wonderful amenities provided. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. But truly, what made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our honeymoon special. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate. Fuji Premium Hotel exceeded every expectation—we can’t wait to return!

The unit was very spacious, featuring several distinct rooms for the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom, among others. The location is truly fantastic, just a short drive away from popular attractions in the area. Plus, there's convenient free parking right outside the doorstep of the unit, which is a lovely bonus!

The house is great! Is a very antique house with a lot of history, and very close to the Mt Fuji and close to the train station. It’s kind of like a museum as they have it well preserved and they explain the history of the house and the Oshis. The whole family is very welcoming and nice.

The house is well stoked, clean, the beds are comfortable, and the parking is close by. Really enjoyed staying there, would definitely recommend. It’s 10 minutes drive from most of the attractions in the area, and they also allow renting a bike which makes getting around super easy

We have been traveling around Japan for over two months and stayed here only for one night. The house is beautiful, cozy, and crispy clean. Everything necessary is inside. You can even buy some snacks and drinks. The location is quiet, but close to everything. The host is nice and welcoming. I hope we will have a chance to return for longer. Thank you very much!

The house is really beautiful and big, it's perfect for a group trip. The beds, decorations and private onsen are perfect. The location is perfect, the train station is in front of the place.

It’s very safe and homely experience for us as a family, to stay in one of a tradition Japanese style home. We will definitely be back again with the rest of our kids soon. Thank you so much.
