I can attest that the Line Hotel has the best facilities considering this price. Parking is free, and heating was very enough so we never felt coldness while staying in winter.

The view was awesome and so was the proximity to some nice cafes. The interior was decorated very well and felt luxurious. The TV came set up with Netflix which was sooo nice. There were a lot of nice, small touches in the room like bubble bath. The bathtub itself is the “pool” and it was huge, way more space than for just 1 person. It’s a completely contactless check-in so you need to call someone to let them know when you arrive (Korean would probably be good for that but not necessary, just give them the reservation name)
