The staff,,all were very exceptional. Excellent!! The vibe, is just what we were looking for!

The staff were exceptional, Nouro Edine and his team made us feel very welcome. A credit to your hotel. Great event at new year (maybe slightly pricey) but thoroughly enjoyable. Golf course excellent and facilities excellent.

Little gem. Small scale. Fantastic rooms (Lodges) all large with their own style. Really close to pool and everything. Great breakfast. Everyday a different set breakfast menu - not this buffet crap of larger places. Staff is extremely helpful in anything. It is a 20-25 minute drive (they arrange driver for you) to the Medina. It is heaven to come back to this oasis after the craze of the city. Best (duo) sunbeds, and stylish jacuzzi too.

It was an oasis in the craziness of Marrakesh. The property was stunning. Only 8 rooms I believe. It was about a 20 minute walk to the square. Alleys are chaotic and filled with scooters zooming by. Be careful. There is a parking lot about a 5 minute walk from the Riad. To find the Riad, use Google maps. Both Waze and Apple Maps sent us to a very different location in the city. Each room is individually decorated and breakfast felt like a special occasion with coffee cake, crepes, fresh squeezed orange juice/tea/coffee under the blossoming orange tree in the court yard or in the ornate dining room. If our travels bring us to Marrakech again, we would love to be able to stay in Abbassia again.

Very clean and nice ! At the top of my expectations ! The staff ( Amal and Khalil ) very nice and very helpful! They made the stay much more comfortable ! Would highly recommend 🤙🏼

I would like to extend my deepest appreciation for the exceptional hospitality we experienced during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the welcome we received was more than wonderful , professional, and genuinely heartfelt. The team made us feel cared for in every possible way. We were traveling as a family and unfortunately became unwell during our trip, but the care and attention the staff showed us were truly remarkable. The team consistently checked on us, ensured we were comfortable, and offered help with such sincerity and kindness. You even arranged for a doctor to visit us, and thankfully we recovered afterwards. It felt like we were being looked after by people who genuinely cared, not just doing their jobs. The hotel’s cleanliness, the quality of the food, and the overall atmosphere were outstanding. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay memorable despite the circumstances. Thank you for going above and beyond. The professionalism, warmth, and thoughtfulness of the team will always be remembered, and we are truly grateful.

Jeg elsket at bassengene var litt kjølig så man kunne avkjøle seg i varmen, og alle de ansatte var kjempe flinke og var på ekte interessert og hjelpsomme. De som jobba på resturantene var kjempe flinke alle sammen; alt ble rydda opp kjempe fort og de hjalp med alt. Og det var skikkelig mye gøye ting som skjedde, på kveldene for barn, ungdom og voksne. Og det er folk som jobber med å plante og i hagen, og folk som vasker vinduene til en hver tid, det er skikkelig bra, alle som jobber der er kjempe flinke:)))))) Jeg kommer definitivt tilbake!!!!’
