The staff were very friendly and willing to accommodate. It was a good value for the money. The breakfast was good, nothing out of the ordinary.

Little gem. Small scale. Fantastic rooms (Lodges) all large with their own style. Really close to pool and everything. Great breakfast. Everyday a different set breakfast menu - not this buffet crap of larger places. Staff is extremely helpful in anything. It is a 20-25 minute drive (they arrange driver for you) to the Medina. It is heaven to come back to this oasis after the craze of the city. Best (duo) sunbeds, and stylish jacuzzi too.

Everything! It was a fabulous hotel with great room and facilities. The best thing though is the staff - they were really excellent - all of them but specifically mentioning Saad, Abdul Rahim, Reda to name a few.

The location. They arranged airport transport for us, so our arrival was smooth and easy. Youssef was waiting to walk us to the riad even though we arrived at 1:30am, which we really appreciated. After that, it was easy to find because it’s close to a main road and not buried deep in the souk maze. The area felt relaxed and much less touristy, with places nearby to buy food and drink at normal prices, while still being only about a 20-minute walk or a short taxi ride to the souk. The service was definitely the highlight of our stay. Khalil was especially helpful. We arrived during an unexpected heat wave in May. He arranged a driver to show us the modern parts of the city by car so we could avoid walking too much in the heat. He also helped us find the perfect Agafay desert excursion with a pool when we needed a break from the city. He anticipated our needs and was attentive to every request. The A/C worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and very generous. The hammam in the riad is modest, but they offer additional services. The bathroom was outside the room, though it was completely private and had its own key.

Staying at this place was an absolutely wonderful experience. The property is amazing, beautifully designed, and truly reflects the atmosphere. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, any request was handled without any problem and with great care. Special thanks to the lovely Mrs. Rachida, who prepared delicious breakfasts for us every day. She was always smiling, warm, and incredibly kind, starting each day with her made every morning special. I highly recommend this place and would happily come back again
