I am registered as disabled with Ziekte Parkinson's and as a result my walking and general mobility is limited. However these challenges for me represented no problem to the staff at Chao. They treated me as a normal person; every request was met with kind accommodation - even plugging my scootmobile to the mains electricity. I am grateful for the assistance and courtesy. The interior is very tasteful and cosy, and the whole place feels well cared for. The staff were excellent - friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They even arranged an early check-in for me without any hassle and were always easy to reach.
