Terra Premium appeared to be a new hotel. It is located about 10 minutes from the Central Park (Plaza de Armas). There were only two drawbacks: the bathroom and shower area were small (my husband is 6ft+) and there was no fan (the weather was warm and the room got a little stuffy. We opened the window, but that allowed all the traffic noise in!) The staff was wonderful and the service great.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Simple but good breakfast. Off the main road so not much traffic noise. Good bed and nice view from my room.
