We really enjoyed our stay. My baby was so happy, which made the trip even more special. We were given the option to choose an air conditioned or non air conditioned room. We chose the non air conditioned one, but it was still cool and very comfortable. We also loved having the whole villa to ourselves. The staff and owner were very kind and welcoming, and the place had a warm, homey feel. The food at Cafe de Luna was also really good. I definitely recommend trying it if you’re staying here.

I actually never review anything as I travel every other week to a place and it would simply take too much of my time. This was truly exceptional and worth my time and review! I am staying in 5 star hotels all around the globe for my job but this is I think honestly the best I have ever stayed in. Can't think of one thing that did not exceeded my expectation.

We had a really lovely one-night stay at Grand Hyatt Manila. The king suite was huge, comfortable, and beautifully laid out. It felt calm and private, which made it easy to relax even with such a short stay. We had Christmas Eve dinner at The Lounge and enjoyed the cozy, festive vibe. The food was well done and the service felt warm and attentive without being overbearing. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight too. Owner called quickly with instructions. Also let me Check in early from the airport. Easy process. Front desk showed me elevators. Easy key pad process for entry and ease of travel without need for keys. Newly furnished unit with new expresso maker and bag of coffee. Owner checked in and made sure everything was ok. Nice A/C. Big stove unit. Nice hot water. Nice view and balcony with chairs. Best stay I had in Philippines. Location is perfect in safe quiet area with 2 parks directly across the street. 7-11 and cafe on bottom floor.
