We (senior mother and adult son) spent only a night returning from Bicaz Gorge in our way to Fagaras. Very interesting and good place. I really recommend it. (It's a good place to be with kids too.) Breakfast was very good (too much in my opinion) and in a beautiful dinning room, We park in the yard.

There are no neighbors around the house, only forest and fields. You can play music at any volume. The kids were thrilled, running around the field and shouting as much as they wanted. Plenty of space to sleep. A big sofa in front of a cozy fireplace—it was hard to leave.
