Clean, cozy and really nice. It was on good location, quite and peaceful.

A little gem in Niş, great modern, comfortable, super clean room, terrace and of course the wonderful spa (jacuzzi, salt room, steam room, sauna, jungle rain shower..). There was also a nice-looking outdoor pool. The staff was wonderful, responsive, extra helpful, even before we arrived. Location in quiet neighborhood, 15-20 min. walk from the pedestrian street where most bars/restaurants are.

Clean apartments, with all that you need for a stay. Private parking included. The restaurant at the lower floor is an excellent option if you want to eat.

The location couldn't be better, just a 10-minute walk to the city center with tons of restaurants and bars nearby. The place exceeded my expectations honestly. It was spotlessly clean, had reliable hot water (which isn't always a given), good AC, and basically everything you need to feel at home. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet. If you're driving, don't even hesitate…book this place immediately. It comes with underground parking, which is like finding gold in Europe. Forget about hunting for street parking or paying through the nose for public lots. Just park in the garage and you're free to explore the city on foot. And Petar is fantastic such a warm, positive guy who really goes out of his way to help. Always has a smile on his face and genuinely cares about making your stay great.
