everthing from check in to check out was amazing, bed very comfy, service was on point the whole time, staff very helpful and did their best to make our stay memorable

I was travelling with 2 elderly members and we had a late check-in (at almost midnight). The hotel staffs proactively communicated in advance regarding our special needs. Foods were provided as requested even tho they were not available on the hotel menu. Wheelchair was provided during the check-in as requested. And, we also got free upgrade to the Suite room :)

Very accessible to MRT and other tourist spots

This is a great place to return again especially the location was excellent. Variety of food we didn't struggle thinking of getting out to find food outside. The staff very friendly and children made friends

The apartment is clean, comfortable, well equipped and ideally located in the city center. Front desk staff Thiaya gave us a thorough orientation of the apartment and is friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and the beds were good. Breakfast was also great both in quality and quantity.
