Our concierge was AMAZING. Very personable, helpful, and kind. We were walking into the area and he saw us and offered a ride to our restaurant on his golf cart. The villa was fantastic and it was obvious that the resort owners thought of every tiny possible detail that would make our stay as comfortable as possible. I mean - pillow mist? A flashlight? A picnic basket for the beach? My fiance and I lived in our robes the whole time. Lastly, the private beach with the temples and Buddha statue in the close distance was magical. Next time I am in Thailand we are staying agian and will recommend it to anyone who is visiting Hua Hin/Khao Tao.

It was great and comfort stay away from the loud and busy downtown. The parking was easy. You park first at the top near the entrance of the main building. Then the security guard will assist you to park, you then take the elevator at the main building to floor 2 check in and get key. Then the security guard will assist you with parking in the parking garage that is located at the bottom of the main building then a security guard with a golf cart will take you to your building and room. It is all very easy and convenient, he will also give you a number to Call if and when you need them to come back to pick you up at your building to take you to your car park at the main building. From your apartment it is an easy walk to the main pool and to the sea. The apartment was very comfortable beds were comfortable and towels and sheets were clean. Air-con worked great 👍🏽 definitely recommend for small groups traveling. Also child friendly. As the host provides high chair, and bassinet for the baby.

Palm Beach Resort is a wonderful resort to stay!!! Not only is it a beautiful & very clean place, Cherry & her staff are very pleasant and extremely accommodating with making your visit very enjoyable! Cherry gave us a short tour around the area, so we could get an idea of where to explore! We had no transportation of our own, and she was very willing to organize, rides, tours, massages, or Anything we needed! She is very dedicated to taking care of her guests. The coffee is great too and the bed was very comfortable as well! We highly recommend staying here, and definitely would return!
