The experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel is beautifully designed, peaceful, and thoughtfully run, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding service. I would especially like to recognize Macc, he consistently went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made a lasting impression. He anticipated needs before I even asked and always did so with warmth and professionalism. I would also like to sincerely thank Nook :)She was incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming, and took the time to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Her calm confidence and gracious manner made me feel truly valued as a guest. Saata is a special place, and staff members like Macc and Nook are the reason. This resort is gorgeous, we altered our plans to stay an extra 2 nights. The suite we stayed in is large, well decorated, and has all the comforts you would expect from a 5 star hotel. I really enjoyed the amazing view of the river from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the river crossing the rapids and birds twittering. The resort is located a little out of town, but the grab ride only set us back a hundred baht, so it is easily reachable even without private transportation. The owners, Greg and Praew, took exceptional care of us and went out of their way to help us on our trip. The staff were great as well, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help. I cannot say enough good things about Nan de Panna, book without hesitation!

Excellent room, Friendly staff, there are four chooses of breakfast and good taste, the coffee is good. The location is in a private forest with a lot of space, but there are no activities to do besides resting to prepare for the next day.
