The hosts were exceptional. Always helpful and cheerful. The location was a bit messy because of the road construction, but it is a new area and will be great once the new road is completed.

It was truly beyond my expectations. The standard of cleanliness is top-notch, the amenities are thoughtfully provided, and the host’s hospitality made me feel right at home from day one. The residence and the unit are even more beautiful than the images. And the location? A true piece of heaven. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Best place to stay, brand new, the apartment is spacious, super clean and cozy, perfectly matching the pictures. Separated bedroom, huge balcony, living room and kitchen with all necessary equipment. I was staying for more than 2 weeks and it felt like home. Good supermarkets 2 min walking distance, 5 min to the beach. Taxi and bus stop right behind the building, easy to go anywhere. Theo is the most supportive and helpful host I’ve ever met, he did help with every single request in the best possible way. Definitely staying here next time 🙌🏽

So- the staff is great. Mr.Adam is a good man. The property is nice and the apartment is comfortable. I had some miscommunication with another hosts at this same residence and I was told there would be no cats at the property. So I booked it- these guys were honest and upfront and told me that if I had asked them they would have never said that. I recommend this host if you want to stay with serenity spa because they are physically present and help you get mail etc. and can truthfully answer your inquires. Other people on booking.com that have apartments at this residence are using it just as an investment property and cannot address things as fast as these guys.
