We recently stayed at the hotel and it was a delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. We arrived just before the dinner was over and the concierge told us to go and have dinner first and then we could check in. The check-in process was quick and efficient, allowing me to start my vacation without any hassle. When we left at 3 am we were given a breakfast box! I have traveled all over the world and have never experienced this small gift of appreciation.

For a family with an 8 month old infant, the room was well equipped and a cot was provided. The windows closed well, reducing outside noise. The washing machine and kitchenette were life saviours. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Family friendly. Housekeeping team were efficient, cleaning the room whenever we left. Breakfast was excellent and well presented. Facilities were quite good, with a well equipped gym. For Alanya, location is excellent, a couple of minutes' walk away from a nice sandy beach. Generally peaceful and quiet.

Absolutely friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, comfy and convenient cabanas to rent, delicious food with plenty veggie choices. We loved the honeycomb for breakfast! We forgot an item of ours in the room and hotel staff was quick to respond and send it back to us - many thanks!

The hotel was absolutely incredible. Every detail made our stay amazing. The food was delicious and plentiful, there were lots of drinks and the beach area/pool area were perfect for relaxing!! The staff went out of their way to make us feel special especially Yana! We enjoyed the activities and the music nights as well as the spa area. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting an amazing break away!!

Pier at the beach is wonderful for swimming and sunbathing. Night life at the hotel is lively. Quality of the food and the drinks. Helpful staff. The spa is worth a visit. The ultra all inclusive is really worth the price.
