The location is perfect and close to the center (7mins by car). We only stayed for one night but the service was good. Meleke was very nice and welcoming Breakfast was perfect and staff was also very friendly The view is perfect the rooms are also very clean

We had an amazing stay at this hotel my wife and I.The room was cozy, beautifully arranged, and had a very romantic atmosphere, which made our time there even more special. The service was excellent from start to finish — everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We enjoyed it so much that we would absolutely love to come back again, especially during the warmer season. Highly recommended for couples looking for comfort, quality service, and a wonderful overall experience.

Location is good. Parking is free and easy in & out. Great view. Lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are very beautiful.

The cabin was amazing, the staff accepted us even though we checked in very late, they received us with a smile and were very helpful, quiet area, amazing view of the black sea. If I have another chance to visit, i would book this cabin again

It was more than excellent . Mostafa the Syrian guy was very helpful. Ismail the honor of the place and his wife Amina will make you fell , you are in your own home. Food was so delicious. Breakfast was outstanding .

The room is clean with stunning view and the weather was excellent. Mr. Hakan was kind and friendly with his family. I changed my flight and extended staying here because it was more than i expected i’m so happy

Very clean and tidy bungalov, magnificent view, and fresh air. Very nice Turkish owners, Mehmet, Zulekha, Aytan and the others. It was nice meeting them. We enjoyed a nice lunch and breakfast there, good food.

Everything was excellent. Especially hosts were so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast also was very delicious and authentic. All the facilities in bungalow were in perfect condition. Everything that was needed was there.

I loved everything about this property. It was an amazing experience. We booked 3 bungalows the most clean, beautiful nature right next to the river!!! Words is not enough for it!!!! I recommend this thousands times and I’ll come back!!! The owner is 2 cute couple, they are not just beautiful but very kind and helpful. They treated us just like a family not even a customer. I loved Rize and I love it more now 🫶🏻🫶🏻
