Our room was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The host welcomed us in and explained all the details of staying there. It was money well spent.

Beautiful hotel in the most prime location in hualien. Upon entering I was blown away by the design of the lobby, mostly wooden elements that conveyed a sense a warmth. The front desk was quite busy so check in took a little longer than expected, but the staff were professional and friendly. Room was spacious and quite large for a standard room, the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've slept on. Breakfast the next day was a semi buffet with some hualien specialties, not a huge variety but everything was good. Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations, I was surprised to see such a high end hotel here in Hualien. Due to earthquake onsen is under repair, and restaurants aren't fully open, looking forward to the official opening, I will surely be back again!

The air conditioning is fabulous and there is even a washing machine on the balcony of the room! The hostess does not speak English but is very welcoming and helpful and Google Translate works well. She helped me rent an ebike from next door. Very clean.

A beautiful property. Excellent communication from the owner. I messaged him a couple days before with questions about transportation and fishing options. The house keeper picked us up from the train and brought a lot of bread for us to use as bait! The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. If you plan on using the scooter please message ahead of time so that they can charge it. I assumed it was gas and so we didn’t get far on it on the first night. You really should have a car if you stay here- you’ll will be able to go to the night market on Wednesday nights and nicer restaurants if you do. Like others said, make sure to cover all of your body if you go out on the property, there are millions of tiny mosquitos. I was covered up but my hands got feasted on (you don’t feel it when they bite you). We liked our stay otherwise, it was very relaxing, and we had a blast fishing! There are some really big boys out there!
