Customer Service from Carmen was unmatched! such a sweetheart. It was my girlfriends birthday weekend, so telling us about the island and places to eat , getting us robes for the hottub on the roof just A++ Carmen

We were pleasantly surprised. Outstanding accommodations. Clean - neat - comfortable and spacious. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Answered all of our questions. We had so much fun we extended our stay. As a military family attention to detail is important

I saw online that Sonesta had a pool. But was not sure there was a hot tub. When I got there, not wanting to go in the pool, I did not have anything to put on to go in the hot tub. So that was pure regret, but temporary regret. There are alot more things in life to be regretful about, but dang I'm still wishing I had a bathing suit.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff...nice room, no coffee, no hangers, not nuff towels. Seemed new hotel and am sure these things will happen!!

A great place to relax and be nearby all activities. Unit was cozy and comfortable and a perfect romantic getaway weekend. Pool and jacuzzi were a great added bonus.
