The place was charming, clean, and very cozy. All of the appliances were in great condition, and access to the property was easy and convenient. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean.
I would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

Checked in at 3am but so easy to check in even after hours. Huge cabin so great for family or friends. It’s just a little outdated and there is a slight smell but it’s fine. Great view from the balcony and windows. Loved the pool and hot tub in the community

Dated in the best way. So much Summer fun at our fingertips! The clubhouse had a ton of activities for kids and adults. Pool and hot tub were great. Also picnic tables and horseshoe pits tucked away in the wings behind the condos.

Location was excellent - beautiful 4 mile run to Sand Harbor. Bonus was our own BBQ with outdoor seating. Hot tub, waterfall, also a communal BBQ and seating. The hot tub was perfect, free of strong chemical smells. Very peaceful and quiet, but off the main road.

Cute tri level set up. Condos are spacious and well designed. Great for families. We loved the pool and hot tub. The game room area was also nice. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend this for a relaxing get away. 10 minute drive to sand harbor (go super early or late afternoon) and 10 minute drive to King Beach, which is more of a cute beach town than Incline. Will come back someday.

There was so much space. Forget the idea of a hotel room. When booking here it's like booking your own little apartment. Full kitchen with appliances and dishes, living room, dining room, separate bedroom, back porch, hot tub .. amazing

Everything about it. Good staff, nice little casino, great outdoor pool and hot tub. Food was good. Everything is there plus ski resorts close by.

The townhouse was surprisingly spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. The wifi worked perfectly. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped.
