Great location 15 walk to Niagara Falls. Staff were very all very nice. Checked us in fast and offered great advice on dining and other options. Room was well maintained with great beds and huge bathroom. Great stay.

It was very close to main places. You can literally just walk. Stuff was very helpful. Breakfast and pool was extra good. More than expectations. Also cheaper comparison to other places. Definitely suggest everyone

The size of the room was bigger than i expected. The overall hotel was nicer than I expected. We chose a balcony room to watch the fireworks and it was perfect for that. Parking was easy too.

Clean, good location , silent and hospitality

The owners were so nice and inviting for our stay, they gave their personal touch to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was delicious and couldn't have asked for a better spot if you don't want to be around crowds. There is a walking path nearby which takes you most of the way downtown.

Everthing was superb. You could tell we were dealing with a professional family run hoteliers.Every member of staff was attentive of our needs as a guests.The best for value that we stayed at on our travels in USA!

Very pleased to stay in a place with jacuzzi and great view. The place was clean, beautiful, vintage and peaceful. My stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Convenient parking. Great amenities and location. Thanh communicates well, great host. PS: Very sorry about my awkward parking, so stressed just wanted to relax and did not think others have to park too.

Exactly what I was expecting and more! 🌟 The place was sparkling clean with water bottles and a filtration system ready to go in the fridge—such a nice touch! The location is super convenient; I could walk to everything except the grocery store, which really saved on parking fees. The dining room is the perfect gathering spot, and while the decor is a bit dated (no surprise, it's in the photos!), it adds to the charm.. The amenities were top-notch—high-quality towels and toilet paper (we all know that makes a difference!). It was super quiet on Thursday night since no one else was staying there. You can hear noises from above when there are other guests, but luckily, the other tenants were quiet and considerate. Would definitely stay here again! ✨

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so wonderful that I felt I had to share it. My husband and I stayed at the Sterling Inn & Spa from April 18–19 for a short anniversary getaway, and it was truly incredible. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were given a spacious, spotless room with a huge soaking tub, which made the stay feel extra luxurious. Everything was incredibly clean, and it easily became one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What really stood out was the attention to detail, they went the extra mile to make our anniversary feel special and memorable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the location couldn’t be better, just about a 10-minute walk to the falls and close to many great restaurants. The room was quiet and very relaxing, and the amenities had everything we needed, even slippers, which was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, not too firm, but still very supportive. I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with soft music and a pleasant scent throughout the hotel that made everything feel even more peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend this place. If you’re reading this and considering booking, take this as your sign, you won’t regret it!

Great little place. Beautiful rooms with complimentary drinks, snacks, cakes and more. Very clean and tidy. Wonderful breakfast. Lovely friendly hosts.
