Everything! The setting is so beautiful and quiet, Shaban so warmly welcomed me on my arrival, and it was one of the most deluxe hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The bathroom was beautiful and the bath was DIVINE. The whole space has a very cozy feeling. I WILL stay next time I’m in Prishtinë

Perfect location, big and clean rooms, and a comfortable family-style apartment with all the needed utilities. Everything was well prepared and made our stay very easy.

All staff were great . Check in and check out staff were perfect. They took care about everything. They made a free upgrade. Breakfast staff were also so kind and nice. They served perfect. Room was so good and clean.

I traveled from Canada to visit Prishtina and stayed at this apartment for one night. It was a great experience. The place was very nice, with new furniture and everything spotlessly clean. The host was very welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly. Having free parking right on-site was also a big plus. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, accommodating my wheelchair needs by providing a larger villa equipped with private sauna and jacuzzi. He was also gracious to all guests, taking the time to have brief chats with each arriving visitor. The villa, constructed entirely of stone and wood with high ceilings, exuded a sense of luxury and elegance. The comfortable mattress and pillows enhanced our overall enjoyment. The location was simply beautiful, surrounded by riding horses, ducks, and other animals in a charming small zoo. We felt completely comfortable and rejuvenated during our stay.

The apartment was very beautiful, it is big and cozy. The interior design is made with love. We felt very comfortable. The host is always available and ready to help, and give advice about best location in town. We had a pleasant stay.

The hosts are superr friendly!!!! we loved them so much , easy check in , a lot of parking options, spacious rooms and bathrooms in general, good heating and kitchen is well equipped. we stayed for 5 nights I guess . highly recommended

The hotel overall and its facilities are amazing! Further away from Prishtina which is great if you're traveling by car. Breakfast food was delicious, so was the food at the 5th floor restaurant. The room was big and comfortable, mattress and pillows as well. Gas station, ATM, even burger king right in front. Spa center is one of the best I've seen, many massage options as well. Staff was lovely, welcoming, and helpful. Would love to come back!
