Location was excpetioanl - easy walking access to everything. Facilities all high end. Staff amazing. We had a car and thankfully there was a valet service as the front entry to the hotel is a main street and parking is on the footpath. Breakfast was delicious.

Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all). Clean and very comfortable. We appreciated that the room was well-furnished and quiet. The balcony was pleasant, too. The free, adequate parking was a relief and there was lots to do and see within walking distance of the apartment.
