The staff were super friendly and spoke excellent English. The spa was included (with robes and slippers) and was a great way to relax after the Christmas markets. The restaurant was casual but the food was as good as it gets. I had the best roast duck I have ever had. The location is less that a block away from three major tram lines. Large room with separate bath and showers. Really top notch and quite a bargain.

Excellent reception on arrival. Very well informed about all facilities available. Very friendly staff, a good selection of food, we had a la cart, we can not comment on dinner Buffet as we had a la carré. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. And we were pleasantly surprised to get some nice gifts from the hotel when we checked out.
